Merchandise Products

Q. Do you ship merch worldwide?
A. Yes. Unlike our beer products, merchandise can be shipped worldwide.

Q. Why are there two shipping costs if my order contains a koozie/can cooler and any other merch product?
A. Our koozies/can coolers are made by a different supplier so will incur a separate delivery charge.

Q. Can I cancel or change my order after it has been placed?
A. Merch is made especially for you. Orders can’t be cancelled or changed once at fulfilment.

Q. Can merch orders be combined with beer orders?
A. No. Due to regulations, beer orders have to be made separately with our partner LiquidRails (a.k.a. LiquidData).

Q. When can I expect my merch order to be shipped?
A. Once your payment has cleared (times can vary from 2-7 days), merch usually takes 2-5 days to fulfil/manufacture and then it will ship.

Q. Whose responsibility will it be to pay any local duties and customs fees?
A. It will be the customers’ responsibility to pay these, if charged by your county upon arrival.

Beer Products

Note: Beer orders are handled separately by our partner LiquidRails (a.k.a. LiquidData).

Q. How can I pay for my order?
A. You can pay with a Credit Card or Debit Card.

Q. What is the size of one unit, i.e. $16.99?
A. One unit is one 4-pack of beers (1 pint/16 fl oz per can).

Q. How big is a case of beer?
A. One case of beer is 6 x units/4-packs (24 beers) but you can order in as many increments of single units (4-packs) as you want (1 x 4-pack, 2 x 4-packs, 6 x 4-packs, 7 x 4-packs, etc).

Q. How does a 4-pack of 1 pint/16 fl oz cans compare to a 6-pack of 12 fl oz cans?
A. One 4-pack of 1 pint/16 fl oz is a total of 64 fl oz. One 6-pack of 12 fl oz is a total of 72 fl oz. So only 8 fl oz difference.

Q. Is your shopping URL different your main website?
A. Yes. Our shopping URL will start with “https://swampwater.getliquiddata.com” for our beer products.

Q. Is there a discount for larger orders?
A. Not currently on this launch batch.

Q. Do you ship beer worldwide?
A. No. Only within the US (for now) – NOT including the following states:

AL – Alabama
AK – Alaska
HI – Hawaii
UT – Utah

Q. I need to change the initial zip code that I entered when I first visited the website?
A. When you input a zip code, this creates a portal. If you wish to ship to a different area then you need to reload, re-input the zip code and restart, or have an account and create address profiles.

Q. How much is shipping?
A. Shipping rates vary depending on your tiered state and order value. Please see below the different rates and a map showing each state and the corresponding tier. Note that it might be more cost effective to order a larger quantity to get cheaper or free shipping.

Q. When can I expect my beer order to be shipped?
A. The beer is ready to ship and the average shipping time is 3-14 days nationwide.

Q. Will I receive an update when my order is shipped or if there are any delays?
A. Yes. You will receive an email update.
